Long time no posting!!!!!!!
What's up with me lately?! I have no idea why I have not been able to come here to type words to let you guys know what I have been up to.
To be honest blogging may not be my priority for a while and my focus was "PRESIDENT ELECTION" for the last a few weeks. Now we have got an answer and I can finally move forward (lol).
As I said before, due for Christmas project is the end of this month and I have not done anything as of yesterday although I tried to encourage myself to start working on it. So FINALLY I grabbed some wool and flannel fabrics and worked on this pattern. I also use some dyed muslin so I soaked the muslin in the dark coffee tonight. Hopefully it will turn my favorite color tomorrow.
Speaking of "Change", I just found out that one of my favorite quilt group where I belong is
closing its blog by the end of this year.
It is called "Sweet Land Of Liberty BoM-Along". When I found this blog group, I was so excited and wanted to make this adorable quilt, so I joined this group right away. I have no excuse about my long absence to follow them. My BOM pattern has been arriving every month since I started and they are just piled up in my sewing room without owner's willingness. I have to say that I've never forgotten it. I just have not been able to commit to this project.
I should have visited the blog to let the member know how I was doing, at least... too late now.
I'm sorry for all members, but I will try to visit their own blog to check on the progress of this project individually. I will get back on the track of this project soon and hopefully, every one of them will feel the same way and the blog will stay open until everyone will reach the goal.
I know it's going to be busier toward the holidays, but I will try to keep posting my updates as well as visit other busy bloggers to say hi!!
Thank you for all who have left comment on my previous posts and I'm sorry for not having gotten back to you sooner. Instead of emailing delayed comment to each of you, I sincerely appreciate your visit and nice message. Thank you again!!!
Happy quilting!!

Glad to see your post and glad everything is ok. I've spent a lot of time watching the election too. Now we sit back and see if the change is good or bad. Time will tell.
Glad your back, and we all get busy, its life! I like the wool project, and I can't wait to see some of your finished Xmas projects!
